The Promoter is ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC ABN 81 148 073 858 ('ASUS') reserves the right to alter cash prizes, product offerings and specifications at any time, without notice.
Offer is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to ASUS resellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible.
The duration of this promotion is between 23rd August 2014 and close of business on 30th Sep 2014 ("Promotional Period").
To be eligible, consumers must complete the following:
- Purchase any ASUS wireless networking products in selected dealers (online store or retail store).
- Upload the product photo and tell us why you like ASUS wireless networking products in the selected dealer Facebook.
- Tag ASUS Australia page in the Facebook post.
Selected dealer stores:
- Mwave Australia (NSW)
- Scorptec Computers (VIC)
- Computer Alliance (QLD)
- Austin Computers (WA)
ASUS Australia will choose one best post as winner for each dealer and give the 100% cash back for the ASUS wireless networking product posted on Facebook. Only one product cash back for each winner. There are four winners in total for this campaign.
For prize redemption:
- The name of winners will be published on ASUS Australia Facebook on 1st Oct 2014.
- The Promoter will post the list of winners on the ASUS Australia Facebook page. For winners to receive the prize delivery, the winner will need to send a private message to the ASUS Australia Facebook page detailing their name, contact phone number, delivery address and any additional information required for prize redemption. The Promoter will send out the prize to the winner by registered mail within 8 weeks after the campaign is completed on 30th Sep 2014. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who didn’t provide accurate mailing details. PO Box address is not allowed for prize redemption.
- To redeem the prize, winner has to provide the proof of purchase and product serial number. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
- It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct mailing address in order to receive the prize. ASUS is not liable for any damage or loss caused by logistic processes or wrong mailing address.
- The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion. Independent financial advice should be sought by the claimant.

- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the claimant checks the appropriate box on the online claim form, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
