Asus Chromebox Online Quiz T&C
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC ABN 81 148 073 858 ('ASUS') reserves the right to alter cash prizes, product offerings and specifications at any time, without notice.
Offer is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to ASUS resellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible.
The duration of this promotion is between 15th July 2014 and close of business on 4th August 2014 ("Promotional Period").
To be eligible, consumers must complete both the following:
- Fill in the registration form
- Take the online quiz
- Get the score higher than 8/12
- One email address is only entitled to enter this quiz once
Chromebox online quiz mechanism:
- Participants have to register and take the online quiz during 14th July 2014 to 4th August 2014
- Participants who can answer 8 questions correctly out of 12 have the opportunity to receive a movie ticket as incentive.
- Maximum 23 (Event Cinema) movie tickets will be given away a day and 500 in total for the campaign. It is given away on a first come first serve basis.
- Participants who are entitled to the movie ticket will received the movie redemption code through the registered email within 10 working days after the activity complete on 4th August 2014. ( Winners in VIC & TAS will receive physical movie voucher)
The incentive is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for other incentive.
For incentive redemption:
- The promoter will notify the winners through their registered email. Promoter will send out the movie redemption code to the winner within 10 working days after the promotion completed on 4th August 2014. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who didn't provide accurate mailing address.
- It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct email address in order to receive the incentive; Asus is not eligible for any technical issue of movie redemption code or lost caused by unreachable email address.
- The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion. Independent financial advice should be sought by the claimant.
- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the claimant checks the appropriate box on the online claim form, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
